DANVILLE, Va. – Averett University men's lacrosse fell 26-0 to visiting Randolph-Macon in an ODAC matchup on Wednesday afternoon.
Randolph-Macon (3-1, 1-0 ODAC) scored 17 goals in the first half alone, keeping Averett (1-3, 0-2 ODAC) at bay for the entirety of the game, as multiple contributors from the Yellow Jackets assured their first conference win of the spring campaign.
Three Cougars tied for the most ground balls on the team, with

Connor Boyd each tallying two.
Tigran Ceesay and
Casey Peterson both caused a turnover.

Robbie Isenhour produced 21 saves in his first collegiate start.
