FOREST, Va. — Averett University women's tennis swept the Old Dominion Athletic Conference's weekly awards on Monday as junior Siddhi Khot was named ODAC Singles Player of the Week and the tandem of senior Brenda Poulakidas and junior Ella Boddington earned ODAC Doubles Team of the Week.

Khot, a native of Pune, India, went 3-0 at the Methodist University Fall Invitational over the weekend to win the Flight 2 singles crown. Khot defeated Piedmont University's Olivia Carpenter 6-1, 6-2 before knocking off Division II Bartin College's Claudia Zaratiegui 6-1, 6-1. Khot then beat Division II University of Mount Olive's Victoria Calle 4-6, 6-2, 10-8, in the final.
 
Poulakidas, a native of Salta, Argentina, and Boddington, who is from Nottingham, England, combined to win the Flight 2 doubles title at the Methodist Fall Invitational. Poulakidas and Boddington took down Methodist's Emma Hulicki and Shea Bieniek 6-4, then topped Piedmont's Halle Harpre and Sarah Sanabia 6-2. They finished off the run with a 6-2 victory over Mount Olive's Julie Jagiella and Alina Esser in the final.
