DANVILLE, Va. – Averett University women's tennis completed an undefeated week with a 7-0 triumph versus the College of Wooster on Saturday afternoon at the Averett Tennis Courts.

Elisa Battermann defeated Wooster's (5-7) Elizabeth Meiners and Sasha Riley, 6-1 to carry the momentum of the Cougars to an early 1-0 lead.
Singles had the same trajectory, as neither singles player for the home team dropped more than two games in the six victories. Senior
Harshri Asher got win number 10 on the year wit a 6-1, 6-1 win versus Lauren Richmond. Battermann recorded a convincing double bagel against the Fighting Scots' Kamila Kadirova.
Next up for Averett is Roanoke College in home ODAC action on Thursday, March 26. Start time is set for 2:30 p.m.
