How Averett helped me:
"Averett Athletics helped me understand that change is positive and the best way to obtain your goals is to get all parties involved. The slogan 'One Team' united all sports, and eventually all students and faculty. It was because of this, Averett has been able to grow and reach new heights with each passing year. During my time at Averett I learned that it is okay to receive help from others to be successful!"
