HIGH POINT, N.C. – Averett University's IHSA team traveled to High Point University on Saturday for the second show of the season.
To start off the day, freshman Iselle Longman had a great ride in Intermediate Flat, placing third in the class. Longman also put in a solid ride in Intermediate Fences, placing fifth in a competitive class.

Breanna Gemmell put in two stunning rides in both Limit Flat and Limit Fences, placing second in both classes. Also riding in Limit Flat, sophomore
Paige Johnson put in a beautiful ride, placing first in the class. Competing for the first time in Pre-Novice Flat, senior
Rebecca Nelson had an excellent ride and was rewarded with second place. To end the day, freshman Kam Humberstad had a pleasant ride, placing fourth in Novice Flat.
