Softball sophomore Carson Bradsher arguably was the catalyst to save Averett's season in ODAC postseason pod play on May 4. In a 13-12 barnburner win over Shenandoah, Bradsher tallied five hits in six at-bats, with a run batted in to extend the Cougars' season.
