How Averett helped me:
"Being part of the Averett athletics program helped me learn to be a team player. Not always agreeing with team mates or coaches prepared me for dealing with adversity in the workplace. Tact was definitely something that developed because of learning how to be part of a team of diverse players, ideas, goals, etc."
