How Averett helped me:
"Sports have taught me so many important life lessons. I’ve learned to accept challenges, break out of my comfort zone, never give up, not sell myself short and always give 100%. Averett athletics helped shape the teacher/coach that I am today. I hope that I instill in my athletes/students the lessons that I had the honor of learning from my amazing coaches at Averett."
