How Averett helped me:
"My time playing at Averett taught me quite a bit of what to do...and what not to do as a coach and leader today. I learned that four years goes by too quick and one day you may look back and wonder if you could have worked harder or pushed more. I also learned to never underestimate an underdog...and working hard to beat a team that no one thinks you can, will always be sweet."
